Shannon Deacon has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Personal Line Account Manager and Team Lead at McDougall Insurance & Financial since April 2019. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as an Account Manager at Newman, Oliver & McCarten Insurance Brokers Ltd. from March 2015 to April 2019 and as a Registered Insurance Broker at Marsh Insurance Limited between September 2013 and March 2015. Earlier career experience includes a position as Project Administrator at ConCreate USL from April 2006 to January 2012. Shannon holds a degree in Office Administration, Office Management and Supervision from Niagara College, completed in 1997.
