Prior to this role, Aaron was a Partner at Boyden and Carmichael Fisher Executive Search. Aaron's experience spans across various consulting and executive search roles within the aviation, aerospace, and defense industries. Aaron is highly educated, holding a Master's degree in Medical Ethics and Law from King's College London, and a Bachelor of Laws with German from The University of Sheffield.
