Laurent Marc DELCOMBEL is an experienced Project Director at McDermott International, Ltd since September 2019. Previously, Laurent held the position of Senior Project Manager at SBM Offshore from June 2004 to June 2017, where responsibilities included bid proposal preparation for the EPCIC and leasing of ANDE ANDE LUMUT FPSO and defining execution strategies. Laurent also served as a Project Engineer and Construction Manager, coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities for the KIKEH FPSO project. Earlier, at SAIPEM SA, Laurent was the Nigeria Site Project Manager for the ERHA and YOHO projects, leading the fabrication of multiple topside modules and jackets. Laurent holds a Master of Science in Offshore & Ocean Technology with a specialization in Subsea Engineering from Cranfield University and a Master of Science in Hydrodynamics from Centrale Méditerranée.
