Gueen Alcarde is a dedicated Human Resources Specialist with experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various organizations. Currently employed at Global Service Resources since December 2022, Gueen is responsible for sourcing resumes, conducting pre-screen interviews, and coordinating interviews with lead recruiters. Additionally, employment at 24HRPO since August 2022 entails providing offshore recruitment services, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate engagement. Gueen's previous internship at the Finance Education Center provided foundational experience in human resources. A Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management was earned from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2022.
