Dr. Rivera-Hainaj joined McDaniel as the Provost in 2021, having most recently served as associate vice president of academic affairs at Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) in San Antonio, Texas. She brings to McDaniel a broad range of experience in college access, curricular innovation and student success efforts that result in improved outcomes.
