Dustin Brouwer, MDiv, CFRE, serves as the Assistant Director of Development at McCrossan Boys Ranch since December 2018, bringing extensive experience in enrollment management and efficiency consulting. Prior roles include positions at Sioux Falls Seminary from 2004 to 2017, where Dustin held multiple titles, including Director of Enrollment Management, and at Electronic Systems, Inc. as an Efficiency Consultant / Materials Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles at the University of Sioux Falls as an Admissions Counselor and an internship in Human Resources at Sanford Health. Dustin holds a Master of Divinity degree in Leadership Development & Youth Culture from Sioux Falls Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Wellness from the University of Sioux Falls.
