Kristin Boekhoff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, real estate, and hospitality. Currently serving as Director of Business Development and Pre-Construction Manager at McCree General Contractors and Architects, Kristin focuses on creating aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective spaces across various sectors, including education and healthcare. As Founder and CEO of Unity Resorts, Kristin develops luxury treehouse resorts in collaboration with Pete Nelson, prioritizing social and environmental responsibility. Prior roles include Real Estate Investment Advisor at Marcus & Millichap, where Kristin specialized in multifamily properties, and Founder and CEO of Panigram Resort, which established a socially responsible luxury boutique resort in Bangladesh. Kristin's background also includes significant advisory roles with the U.S. Department of State and CharterMac. Academically, Kristin holds a BS in Apparel Design and Management from Cornell University and an MS in Real Estate from New York University.
