Christian Gross is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in management and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at McCormick Taylor, Inc. since July 2004, Christian oversees a team of technicians, focusing on day-to-day support, trouble resolution, staffing, and project management while also engaging in research and development for new products and services. Prior experience includes roles as Store Manager at EB Games, where Christian enhanced the shopping environment and customer relationships, and as Assistant Store Manager at Gateway, managing daily operations and implementing a sales tracking database. Christian’s early experience as an intern at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer laid the foundation for a successful career in technology and management.
