Milena Biardzka currently serves as Global Delivery Lead Technical Shared Services and Global Regulatory Compliance Director at McCormick & Company, where responsibilities have included overseeing regulatory compliance and managing teams in the EMEA region. Prior to this, Milena held various roles at Unilever from June 2013 to January 2018, focusing on R&D for savory products, beverages, and ice cream. Experience also includes a brief role in production at Mieszko S.A. and as an assistant in the quality assurance department at JAR Jaskulski Aromaty. Milena holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Food Technology from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, acquired between 2008 and 2013.
