David Ascione is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in corporate performance and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at McCormick & Company since May 2013, David has held roles including HR Director for EMEA Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement as well as Senior Director for Consumer Products Division and US Flavor Solutions. Prior experience includes working as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on human capital initiatives across various federal sectors, and serving as a Personnel Psychologist at the Internal Revenue Service, where recruitment and selection initiatives were key responsibilities. David also briefly taught statistics at George Mason University. Academically, David holds an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, a Change Management Advanced Practitioner Certification from Georgetown University, and a B.A. in Psychology/Business from Loyola University Maryland, graduating summa cum laude.
