Patrick Sweeney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and services sector. Currently serving as Divisional Director at McConnell Group since October 2023, Patrick previously held the position of Divisional Director at Equans UK & Ireland from June 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included the mobilisation and delivery of high-value works contracts focused on compliance and refurbishment. Prior to this, Patrick worked as Partnership Director at OpenView Security Solutions Limited, overseeing compliance work programmes for social housing, and served as Group Contracts Manager at CIRCLE ANGLIA, where over £300 million in decency homes projects was executed across multiple housing associations. Beginning a career at Islington Council as a Gas Supervisor, Patrick managed a team in delivering servicing and repairs. Educationally, Patrick holds a C+G/ONC/HNC in Building Studies and advanced gas installation from Westminster College and completed GCSEs at Highbury Grove School.
