Jamie Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career as a Senior Recruiter at Aerotek, where they managed contractors and mentored new team members. After that, they worked as a Senior Recruitment and Logistics Specialist at CEU Institute, coordinating healthcare continuing education programs and handling recruitment responsibilities.

Subsequently, Jamie joined United Industries as a Human Resources Representative, supporting field sales and corporate employees and implementing HR policies and processes. They then moved to Lumeris/Essence Healthcare as a Human Resources Generalist/HRIS/Compensation Analyst, where they developed HR practices and initiated a pay-for-performance review process.

Jamie's next role was a Leader, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Mastercard, where they partnered with the Chief Technology Officer and led strategy discussions and resource management for the Enterprise Architecture organization. They also participated in expanding the global footprint and building a Tech Hub in India.

Lastly, Jamie joined McClure Engineering-St. Louis as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing operations within the MEP division.

Jamie Johnson attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications. In addition, Jamie obtained a certification in Strategic HR Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in November 2015.
