Noel Loughrin, MBA, is a skilled Strategic Solutions Manager at Laserfiche since December 2021, with significant expertise in program development and community engagement, demonstrated through an active role as an Appointed Member of the Community Advisory Committee for Desert Community Energy since July 2019. Previous experience includes serving as a National Government Marketing Specialist at Esri, where responsibilities evolved from State and Local Government Marketing Specialist to State and Local Government Marketing Coordinator between May 2013 and December 2021, alongside a foundational role as Board Assistant for the County of Riverside from March 2006 to May 2013. Loughrin holds an MBA in Business/Geographic Information Systems from the University of Redlands and a BA in Political Science from California State University-San Bernardino.
