Nikhil Shah is a finance professional with extensive experience in business insights and analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Insights at McCarthy Tétrault, Nikhil has successfully developed and executed pricing strategies that resulted in over $70M in revenue growth, led precise budgeting and forecasting efforts, and improved reporting efficiency through automation and advanced analytics tools like Power BI. Previous roles include associate positions focusing on client solutions at HM Health Solutions, where significant cost savings and revenue increases were achieved for clients. Nikhil co-founded a plastic recycling business, managing significant financial operations, and has also contributed to major audit projects at Ernst & Young.
