Jesse Hennings, CPHR, has accumulated significant experience in the field of Human Resources, starting with roles such as Human Resource Coordinator at Rogers Insurance in 2007 and Lifeguard/Swimming Instructor/Programmer at the City of Calgary in 1998. Their career progressed to include positions such as Human Resources Manager at Lawson Lundell LLP in 2010 and HR Project Manager/Human Resources Business Partner at QIC in 2012. Most recently, they served as the Director of Human Resources at McCarthy Tétrault starting in 2017. Throughout their career, Jesse has demonstrated a commitment to the HR field and a strong track record of professional growth.

Jesse Hennings, CPHR, pursued a Bachelor of Management degree as a transfer student at Mount Royal University from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they completed a degree in Arts with a field of study in Kinesiology from The University of Lethbridge between 2004 and 2006. Subsequently, they went on to earn a degree in Management specializing in Human Resources and Labour Relations from The University of Lethbridge from 2007 to 2011.
