Kevin Fallon McCarthy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in debt negotiation and legal practice. As the Managing Partner at McCarthy Law PLC since September 2010, McCarthy specializes in negotiating significant reductions in clients' unsecured debts and managing SBA loan workouts for business owners. Prior to this role, McCarthy worked as a Lawyer in a law firm from October 1986 to September 2010 and served as an Attorney at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite from 1986 to 1989.
