Cecilia Herrera Ortega is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Preconstruction Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., focusing on utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects. Previously, Cecilia worked at RenewAge Energy Solutions in various roles including Operations Manager, where comprehensive standard operating procedures were crafted, and as an EV & Renewables Program Manager, leading initiatives for EV charger installations. Cecilia's career includes significant experience at Tesla, where as PV Design Supervisor, management of a team of designers and project oversight contributed to a major transition to E-Commerce sales.
