Crystal Connell is a seasoned professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at McCann New York since May 2023. Previous experience includes various roles at Meta from March 2017 to February 2023, such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Business Partner, DEI Program Manager, and Lead Technical Recruiter. Crystal also held the position of Senior Manager, Technical Recruitment at FreeWheel and served as Lead Technical Recruiter at Lab49. Earlier in the career, positions included Senior Manager in the IT Division at Russell, Tobin & Associates, Senior Executive Recruiter at Forrest Solutions Group, Senior Technical Recruiter at Genesis10, and Technical Recruiter in the Banking Division at Huxley Associates. Crystal Connell earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State University and has educational experience from the University of Ghana.
