Crystal Malik is an experienced Immigration Attorney at McCandlish Holton, serving as Director since December 2021 and previously as Associate and Law Clerk. Crystal specializes in various immigration processes for corporate and private clients, including employment, family-based, humanitarian applications, and corporate compliance. As Chair of the DMV Taskforce for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Crystal developed comprehensive fact sheets on driver's licensing requirements. Crystal's earlier roles include a Third-year Practice Intern at the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney in Chesterfield County, a Litigation Intern at Williams Mullen, and teaching Spanish. Crystal holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, a Master's in Teaching from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from the same institution.
