Max Koeune serves as the Director and Member of the Board at Pernod Ricard since November 2023, while holding the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as Chief Financial Officer at McCain Foods since 2013. Responsibilities at McCain Foods include overseeing financial performance, financial planning, treasury, financial controlling, internal audit, risk management, tax, and developing finance talent, along with additional duties in Information Technology, Legal, Purchasing, and Corporate Strategy. Prior experience includes key roles at Danone from 2004 to 2012, focusing on corporate development and finance across various divisions in the Americas and managing significant transactions in multiple regions. Prior to Danone, experience includes establishing financial operations at CPGmarket.com and M&A roles at Groupe Danone and ING Barings. Max Koeune is an alumnus of ESCP Business School, having graduated in 1995.
