Mariana Aguirre is a business owner and nutrition specialist with extensive experience in various fields. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental wellbeing, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as working as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
