Dick Mol has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Dick started their career at McCain Foods in 2009, where they held various roles including Regional Account Executive and Category Manager. During their time at McCain Foods, they identified and managed category solutions, converted customer insights into profitable solutions, and implemented a Category Management training program. In 2015, they joined JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS as a Senior Channel Marketeer, where they led a team and was responsible for developing and implementing the commercial channel and marketing strategy. Dick then returned to McCain Foods in 2019 as a Customer Marketing Manager. In 2021, they were promoted to Marketing Director for Food Service CE & Middle East, and later became the Marketing Director for Food Service Continental Europe, leading the digital transformation. Dick Mol earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from Utrecht University in 2006. Dick later obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Economics, Marketing from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2008. In 2012, Dick attended EFMI Business School, where they focused on Category Management in Foodservice. Subsequently, in 2014, they studied Management and Motivation at Culture Management Amsterdam. In 2016-2017, they pursued a program in Communication for Excellence at How Company. Then in 2018, Dick completed a course on The Fundaments of Leadership Essentials at SUAS - A Schouten & Nelissen Company.
