Maria Bianchetti Gillis is an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Consultant currently employed at Deloitte since April 2024 and serving as the Oracle Cloud HCM Learning Lead at McBride during the same timeframe. Maria has a strong background in learning administration, having worked as the Director of Learning Administration at Oracle from June 2012 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing global content design and delivery for a sales organization. Additional roles at Oracle included Learning Manager of the Oracle Sales Academy and Senior LMS Administrator. Prior to Oracle, Maria was a Training Consultant at Taleo and a Senior Consultant and Trainer at Thomas International, achieving significant outcomes in revenue growth and training program development. Maria holds an associate degree in Interior Design from Seminole State College of Florida and furthered education at Western Governors University.
