Phill Davies has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of quantity surveying. Phill is currently working as a Project Director at McBains since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Associate Director at WT Partnership (UK & Europe) from August 2021 to May 2022. Phill also worked at Arcadis for a long duration, starting as an Associate Quantity Surveyor in August 2008 and progressing to serve for more than 12 years until August 2021. Before joining Arcadis, Phill worked at Rider Levett Bucknall as an Associate/Partner Quantity Surveyor from January 2005 to July 2008. Phill also held the position of Associate Quantity Surveyor at Dearle & Henderson from January 2002 to December 2004. Phill'searly career includes the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor at Norman Rourke Pryme from January 1999 to December 2001.

Phill Davies attended London South Bank University from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveyor.
