Ghayoor Iqbal has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ghayoor started their career in 1998 as a Marketing Executive at InterGraphic Marketing, where they focused on generating business and meeting sales targets.
In 2003, Ghayoor joined Cyber Net as a Manager Customer Care, where their responsibilities included managing branch issues, providing product information to customers, and maintaining inter-personal relationships.
In 2005, they joined Bank Alfalah Limited as a Manager Contact Center. In this role, Ghayoor was responsible for overseeing call center and customer service operations, managing ADC activities, and ensuring efficient complaint investigation and resolution. Ghayoor also handled IVR maintenance and reporting issues.
Currently, Ghayoor is working at MCB Funds, where they hold the position of Head of Digital Sales and International Cliental Portfolio. Ghayoor is responsible for driving digital sales, managing CRM, and overseeing the international client portfolio.
Throughout their career, Ghayoor has demonstrated strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and a customer-centric approach to their work.
Ghayoor Iqbal attended Progressive Children Academy from 1985 to 1994, where they completed their secondary education. Ghayoor then enrolled in Gulshan Cambridge from 1994 to 1996 and obtained their SSC degree. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's in Commerce at Karachi University from 1998 to 2000.
