Lucy Lombardi has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Lucy started their career in 1985 as a Human Resources Manager at Toronto Sun/Sun Media, where they worked for 11 years. In 1998, they joined MCAP as a Director of Human Resources. Over the years, they progressed to the role of VP of Human Resources and eventually became the SVP of Human Resources in 2016. Lucy'stenure at MCAP has been ongoing as there is no specified end date for their roles.

Lucy Lombardi attended York University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a B.Ed/CHRP degree in Psychology and English.
