Grace Carr has extensive experience in project analysis and workforce management, currently serving as Associate Director of Servicing Initiatives at MCAP since February 2014. Prior roles at MCAP include Sr. Project Analyst, Project Analyst II, and Workforce Analyst. Before joining MCAP, Grace Carr worked at Majorel North America from June 2011 to February 2014, where responsibilities included Real Time/Forecasting and Scheduling Analyst and Real Time Analyst, along with experience as a Financial Services Customer Representative. Grace Carr is an alumnus of Sheridan College.
