Declan McLogan CMIOSH LL.M serves as the Director of SHEQ at McAleer & Rushe since August 2010 and has held the position of Chairman of the CEFNI H&S Committee for the Construction Employers Federation since February 2020. With prior experience as the Secretary of the Adjudication Society NI from June 2010 to June 2014, Declan also worked as a Health and Safety Manager at Farrans Construction from July 2006 to July 2010 and at Tricastle from May 2003 to July 2005. Academic qualifications include an LL.M in Construction Law obtained between 2009 and 2011, a NEBOSH Diploma in Health, Safety and Environment earned from 2006 to 2008, and an LL.B in Law completed from 1993 to 1997, following education at Abbey Grammar School in Newry from 1986 to 1993.
