John currently holds the title of EVP at McAleer Gray, LLC, where John provides search solutions for small and mid-cap firms, and also serves as President of BOJUMJOL, Ltd./ OWL Farms and Gas. Additionally, John is the Founder and CEO of HRCapitalPartners, LLC, a strategic human resources consulting firm. With a BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of North Texas, John has held various CHRO positions in companies such as ProBuild Holdings, Corporate Express/Staples, DSC Telecommunications, and Foxmeyer.
