Manish Datar has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Manish started their career at ITC Limited as an Area Executive, where they managed distributors and achieved target sales. Manish then joined Cadbury plc. as a Sales Executive, responsible for distributor management and achieving sales targets. Later, they worked at Hindustan Field Services Pvt Ltd and Smollan as a Field Manager, overseeing field operations.

Moving forward, Manish joined Al Gurg Smollan as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed a team of sales executives and handled clients like Unilever in the UAE market. Manish then worked at Orenda Foods - India as a Consultant in Exports, handling African markets and focusing on new sales opportunities and export strategies.

In their next role at Dayworth Retail Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., Manish served as an Operations Manager, responsible for driving sales and merchandising activities in MT and GT channels. Manish also worked closely with clients like Voltas Beko and Amazon Pay to achieve business growth.

Following this, Manish joined Agastya NutriFood as a National Sales Manager, where they developed and executed business strategies, achieved sales targets, and monitored competitor activities in the FMCG industry.

Most recently, Manish joined Orenda Foods Pvt. Ltd. - India as a Sales Head - Exports, focusing on African markets once again. Manish played a key role in expanding the product sourcing base, deriving export pricing, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Currently, Manish Datar is employed at mCaffeine as a National Key Account Manager, starting in 2022.

Manish Datar completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Welingkar Institute of Management, during the time period of 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's in Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General, from Chanakya Education Society's Indira College of Commerce & Science in Pune, from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained the "Verified International Academic Qualifications" certification from the World Education Services in May 2020.
