Nick Williamson, PE, is an experienced project manager and engineer currently employed at McAdams since January 2015. Nick has held various titles, including Project Engineer and Designer II, where responsibilities included training junior engineers in grading, storm drainage design, erosion control, and utility layout, as well as independently designing and assembling plan sets and reports for municipal submittals in the Triangle area. Prior experience includes an engineer internship at The Lane Construction Corporation, where involvement in the I-485 widening project provided practical insights, and an engineering internship with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, focusing on materials testing. Nick's technical foundation was built during earlier roles at Longent LLC and Fred Smith Company. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
