Eric Say has work experience in various roles and industries. Eric started their career in 2015 as an Accounting Assistant at Imperial Cost Control. From there, they moved on to Telmart LP, where they worked as an Operations Manager from November 2015 to July 2020. Currently, they are employed at MCA Communications, Inc. as a Project Coordinator, starting in May 2021.

Eric Say completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, which they pursued from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Project Management Bootcamp from PSMJ Resources, Inc. in November 2021, and the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Resource Management) certifications from Procore Technologies in June 2021.
