Vaughn Lazarus, CBCA®, currently serves as a Support Engineer at Management Control Systems Limited (MC Systems) since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in IT support and system administration. Previously, Vaughn worked as an IT Support Specialist at Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited (CPJ) from October 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining a mixed server environment and enhancing system availability. Earlier roles included System Administrator positions at Global Knowledge Process Solutions and Xerox, focusing on resolving technical issues, supporting users, and analyzing service delivery. Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Education in Computer Science from The Mico University College and a certificate in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Dinthill Technical High School.
