Cody Voinovich began their work experience in 2014 as a Linux Configuration Technician at MBX Systems, where they installed and configured operating systems, created and configured RAID arrays, and flashed custom BIOS and firmware. In 2016, they became a Support Services Coordinator, monitoring incoming support requests and ensuring customer requirements were met.
