In addition to corporate experience, A. M. was the Head Swim Coach at Carroll University from June 2011 to May 2016. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Communications from Concordia University-Wisconsin (2006-2009) and a B.S. in English and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (1998-2002).
