Moloi Paul is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Planner at Mbuyelo Coal since May 2022. Previously, Moloi held positions as a Maintenance Planner at Nestlé and the Department of Trade and Industry, where responsibilities included planning maintenance orders, scheduling, and managing materials within SAP. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Engineer at Exxaro Resources, where technical support was provided to project teams, and as a Project Engineering Assistant at the Technology Innovation Agency, contributing to CAD designs and manufacturing processes. Moloi began the engineering career as a Mechanical Engineering Trainee at RAUMIX Aggregates, focusing on plant maintenance and optimization of mechanical processes. Moloi holds a National Diploma and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Central University of Technology, Free State.
