Keith Murray has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the cybersecurity and technical support fields. Keith most recently worked at Mercedes-Benz USA as a Principal Cloud Security Lead, where they played a key role in ensuring cloud security. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and Team Lead at IIT - Information & Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. In this role, they managed a high-performance team and effectively dealt with security violations and unauthorized activities. Keith also has experience at Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Security Support Consultant, Technical Support Supervisor, and Product Support Specialist, where they showcased their abilities in delivering comprehensive assessments, managing support teams, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Engineer at Meritech, where they demonstrated their proficiency in copier repair, network maintenance, and customer relations.

Keith Murray completed their Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University in the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Kaplan University from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Information Technology. Additionally, Keith has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Incident Handler (ECIH) from EC-Council in 2020, the CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in 2020, and the EC-Council Certified Encryption Specialist (ECES) from EC-Council in 2019.
