Shane Willard, GISP, has extensive experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and cartography, currently serving as a GIS/Cartography/Engineering Project Manager at Managed Business Solutions (MBS) since January 2010, where Shane manages a diverse team in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Division of Water and Power. Prior to this role, Shane held various positions at Lockheed Martin Information Technology, including Geospatial Program Manager and Geospatial Analyst, as well as working as a GIS Technician at Earth Information Systems, focusing on GIS applications in geological projects. Shane obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Colorado State University, graduating in 1996.
