Louise Cordwell is a Senior Manager in Operational Risk at Lloyds Banking Group since June 2019, focusing on framework design and coordination for ICAAP Operational risk scenarios, as well as managing relationships for ORX membership. With extensive experience at MBNA, Louise held various roles including Finance Change/Transition Project Manager, leading the finance workstream integration project and acting as a liaison between MBNA and Lloyds stakeholders. Other notable positions include Finance Business Lead for transformational projects, MBNA Financial Management Reporting Manager, and Revenue Forecasting Manager, where Louise developed processes that supported significant business growth. Before MBNA, Louise worked as a Qualified Chartered Accountant at KPMG and as an Accountant at Chadwick Chartered Accountants. Louise holds a BA (Hons) in English from Royal Holloway, University of London.
