Lei Han has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, Lei worked as an intern at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Shanghai. In 2007, they interned at KPMG Peat Marwick in Munich and IFB group AG in Cologne. Following this, Lei joined A.T. Kearney in 2009 as a Business Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst. In 2011, Lei joined CITIC Capital as an Associate and eventually progressed to Vice President. Lei then moved to MBK Partners in 2017, where they held the position of Director before being promoted to Managing Director in 2019.
Lei Han completed their high school education at NFLS from 1996 to 2002, where they focused on studying German. Following that, from 2002 to 2006, they attended Shanghai International Studies University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in German language and literature. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2009, Lei Han pursued their Master's degree in Financial Risk Management at the University of Bayreuth.
