Volha Bychok has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2020 to the present, they have been working as an iOS Developer at MBicycle. Prior to that, from March to May 2020, they worked as an iOS Developer at Yellow. From November 2019 to February 2020, they held the same position at Resliv. From June 2013 to June 2019, Volha served as the Lead Billing Support Specialist at Wargaming. Before that, they worked at Beltelecom as a Marketing Specialist from September 2010 to May 2013, and as a Communication Technician from September 2008 to August 2010.

Volha Bychok has a diverse education history. In 2004, they graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Communications, where they studied technical maintenance of telecommunication networks. Volha then pursued further education at the same institution, earning a degree in economics and becoming a marketing specialist from 2008 to 2012. In 2019, Volha attended the IT Academy to enhance their skills in iOS mobile application development. Most recently, in 2020, they enrolled in the Rolling Scopes School to focus specifically on iOS application development.
