Igor Nikolaev has several years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Igor started their career as an iOS Developer at Exadel in September 2010 and stayed there until December 2013. Igor then joined Belitsoft in January 2010 as an iOS Developer and Team Lead and worked there until January 2014. In January 2013, they joined ShotTracker as an iOS developer and Team Lead, and left in January 2015. In October 2015, they became the CEO of MBicycle, where they continue to work. Most recently, in January 2019, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Goolny Games.

Igor Nikolaev pursued their Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from 1999 to 2004 at Gomel State University Skorina.
