Bill Horst has extensive experience in safety management and operations within the energy services sector, currently serving as the DoT Compliance and North Division, Regional HSE Manager at MBI since June 2008. Previous roles at MBI include Assistant Operations Manager for the Ross Water Division and Truck Supervisor/Driver Training Manager/OSHA Safety Instructor for the Water Division. Bill's early career includes truck driving positions at Missouri Basin Well Service, INC, and Swift Transportation, as well as a role as an EMT at Falkirk Coal Mine. Bill's foundational experience comes from a 26-year tenure in the U.S. Air Force, focusing on Security Forces. Educationally, Bill holds an Associate's degree in Administration from the Community College of the Air Force and graduated from Michael H. Hamady High School in Flint, MI.
