Phillip Blake currently serves as the Branch Manager at MBH Settlement Group, L.C., where responsibilities include managing a full-service real estate settlement company and teaching Continuing Education and Post Licensing classes to Virginia Realtors and Real Estate Agents since September 2008. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Settlement Agent at Sterling Financial Settlement Services from January 2006 to July 2008, conducting multi-million dollar commercial real estate settlements, increasing commercial sales by 34%, and generating significant revenue. Phillip began their career at MBH Settlement Group as a Settlement Agent from September 2002 to January 2006, contributing to the completion of over 700 residential settlements annually and excelling in a fast-paced environment. Phillip holds a BBA in Finance from Radford University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
