Adrian-Stefan Sacalschi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking operations and financial consultancy, currently serving as the Head of Operations in Eurosystem at MBH Bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, Adrian-Stefan held significant positions, including Head of Operations in Eurosystem at TakarékBank and FHB Bank Plc, where key responsibilities included managing operations and driving technological advancements within the banking group. As a consultant for the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks, Adrian-Stefan has specialized in cross-border financing for substantial real estate projects since 2005. Additionally, Adrian-Stefan is the founder of Kumulo, a platform aimed at enhancing financial education for families. An MBA graduate and LL.M. holder in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law, Adrian-Stefan has also completed programs in Decentralized Finance and is recognized as an expert in security rights over real property in Europe.
