Emanuele Pediconi serves as the Cost Engineer Manager at MBDA since June 2013, where responsibilities include the deployment and improvement of Design to Value capabilities and cost modeling for early-phase cost estimation. Emanuele has held various roles at MBDA, including Chief Design Engineer and RF System Engineer, overseeing physical/environmental requirements, Datalink systems architecture, and coordination of supplier management. Emanuele also led the HW Embedded team and managed technical aspects of hardware design and development. Previous experience includes an internship at Selex ES focusing on Frequency Selective Surface design. Emanuele holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from POLIMI Graduate School of Management and a Master's in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi Roma Tre.
