Cécile Lemoine has a diverse work experience in various companies. Cécile started their career as an intern at GE in 1996 and then went on to work as an intern at Dassault Systèmes. In 2004, they joined Airbus as a Radiofrequency Workpackage Manager, where they were responsible for managing a sub-contractor team and developing radio specifications. Cécile also served as a Senior Project Manager and Program Manager, handling projects related to new hardware/software platforms and handheld devices. In 2014, Cécile joined Thales as the Head of Project Management Testing Systems Team. Cécile later joined MBDA in 2017, where they held roles such as Equipment Design Authority Manager and Head of Equipment IV Team. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of the Equipment Design Authority (Project Management) Team at MBDA.
Cécile Lemoine obtained a D.E.A degree in Optoélectronique et hyperfréquences from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 1997.
