Vijay Raman is a seasoned professional in the field of construction chemicals with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Construction Chemicals in the Asia Pacific region at MBCC Group since July 2020, Vijay has played a crucial role in the company's operations following its separation from BASF. Prior to this, Vijay was a Board Member at DSB (German School Mumbai) and held multiple senior positions at BASF from February 2007 to July 2020, including Managing Director for Construction Chemicals in South Asia and Director of Strategy and Marketing for the Asia Pacific region. Vijay's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, post-doctoral research in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Anna University.
