Lauren Sigwart has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lauren started their career at Maxim Group, Inc. in 1998, where they served as a Senior Manager of Operations, overseeing customer service and providing leadership to Managers of Operational Support. Lauren then moved on to work as a Senior Business Systems Specialist at Maxim Group & TEKsystems, where they were involved in business systems support.
In 2004, Lauren joined Allegis Group, Inc. as a Senior Analyst and later took on the role of IS Account Manager, where they managed the relationship between IS and business partners and acted as a point of escalation for resolving issues. Lauren also served as an IS Technical/Functional Lead & Manager, supporting business strategy and implementing new solutions. From 2010 to 2014, they were an IS Manager - Data Management, focusing on data-related projects.
In 2014, Lauren joined TEKsystems Global Services as an Enterprise Business Architect, where they partnered with IT architecture teams and developed IT frameworks aligned with business plans. Lauren also developed business architecture strategies and goals for the organization.
In 2016, Lauren joined Allegis Group as a Salesforce Data Product Owner, responsible for platform product development and enhancement. Lauren also served as an Information/Domain Architect, assessing business requirements and creating technical specifications and solution design documents.
Most recently, Lauren worked at Millsapps, Ballinger & Associates (MB&A) as the Director of Implementation, leading program implementations and supporting the team in process improvements. Lauren then assumed the role of Director of Operations, before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Technology Enablement. In this position, they are responsible for improving overall operations and employee experience by strategically applying technology and managing initiatives to enhance corporate effectiveness.
Throughout their career, Lauren has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on optimizing business processes through technology and innovation.
Lauren Sigwart completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, attending from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Forensic Psychology at Syracuse University from 1988 to 1989. Lauren also holds several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, and certifications in ITIL, Informatica Data Quality, Informatica Power Designer, MMS Certification - Data Governance & Stewardship from Marco Masters Series, Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certification, and WebFOCUS InfoAssist from Information Builders. The institutions for some of their certifications were not provided.
