Jennifer Abernathy began their work experience in 2015 with a College Internship Program at Walt Disney World, where they gained valuable customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. In 2016, they worked as a Special Event Coordinator at Piney Woods Country Club/Auntie Pastas Restaurant, where they coordinated special events. From 2017 to 2018, Jennifer worked as a Professional Sales Representative at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, selling vacation ownership packages. Starting in 2018, they transitioned to a role as a Travel Consultant at AAA, assisting clients with their travel arrangements. Most recently, they have been working as a Junior Cloud Analyst at Millsapps, Ballinger & Associates since 2021.
Jennifer Abernathy has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Jennifer obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stephen F. Austin State University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on marketing at the same university from 2011 to 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. Jennifer became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in October 2022. In August 2020, they earned a certification in "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn. Jennifer also received the Certified Travel Associate (CTA) credential from The Travel Institute in July 2020.
